As the inventors describe it “…The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured and detailed pen work by creating symmetrical patterns, tangles.
People create these tangles with combinations of dots, lines, simple curves, S-curves and orbs …“.
This is my fourth Zentangle Artwork. I made this while teaching in one of my Art workshops. Everyone enjoyed this art workshop a lot.
I am a music lover. I love the melodious sounds of a flute and also like the colorful festival of Janmashtami. So, in this new Zentangle Art, I have tried to show the beauty of this festival of Janmashtami by depicting the flute and the soft, white makhkhan (butter made by churning cream). As we know, these are the two things closely associated with Lord Krishna. In this work, I have tried to come up with some new styles and patterns for narrating the beauty of the festival of Janmashtami.
This artwork was created with a black gel pen on an A3 size paper.
Medium: Black Gel pen on paper, Size: 16.5 in × 11.7 in
