Lamps – with a Rosy Touch
Earthen lamps are of great significance when it comes to worshiping in India.
This lamp stand which has two lamps is suitable for being lighted either for the purpose of worshiping or as a welcome lamp used during traditional occasions.
This piece is made up of a couple of things – the structure itself is made up of two kulhads (earthen glasses – typically used for having tea in rural areas) placed on top of each other. I have used clay to make the roses. The roses compliment the beauty of lighting the lamps.
