This is a still life water painting. I wanted to show you the beauty of this fruit, and made this painting by looking at a real, fresh Muskmelon so that you feel tempted to have some right away :)! Besides being tasty and sweet, Muskmelons are also a rich source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
In the painting, I added a curtain in the background by using my imagination. I love doing water painting in general and still life painting when you paint by looking at a real object is a lot of fun, but I also love adding some elements from my own creativity in each piece.
